Although I have spent only a few hours in Ghent, while I’m watching these photos I feel like I miss it already.
The city of Ghent hosts one of the oldest European Universities, therefore it sends a youthful international vibe. The grand medieval architectural buildings around the canals make a strange but somehow fitting combination with a lot of the awesome Graffiti Street Art, which brings the city some kind of unique personality.
Walking around the canals and discovering a colorful and fun Graffiti Street (Werregarenstraat) just in the historic center of Ghent will guarantee some great memories in your travelling experience.
Here you can find The Concrete Canvas Tour, which is a useful guide for the street art in Ghent and will lead you along some of Ghent’s best street art.
If you have some questions or thoughts you’d want to share regarding this post, just fill in the comments bellow. I’d love to read it.
Have a wonderful week.
