Merry Christmas! I hope you are spending the most amazing Christmas, with your family and friends, so far.
Here are some photos from my last trip in Vienna, just with few days before Christmas. Perhaps, it’s the best time to visit Vienna, at least this is what I felt. The smell of gingerbread and cinnamon, holiday sparkle from everywhere and Christmas markets made Vienna a truly magic place.
We spent 3 awesome days by strolling around the Christmas markets, did some shopping, ate the best Viennese sausage and we warmed ourselves with mulled wine.
For one day we visited also Belvedere Museum, which fascinated me with its Baroque architecture and the world’s largest Gustav Klimt collection of paintings. The museum hosts ones of the most important collections Austrian art from the Middle Age to the present, but also some works of art by Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh and Max Beckmann.
Now it’s time for some cozy Christmas activities at home: good food, chill and good time with the family.
